Capital District Digital LLC is a digital agency located in Latham, NY. In house, we perform many activities including web development, SEO, digital marketing and sales & marketing automation.
We are looking for a content writer to produce high quality content on a daily basis. If you enjoy learning about new topics online and have strong writing skills, you will excel with Capital District Digital.
Who you are:
You’re creative, organized, and detail oriented. A clear and concise communicator. You’re also flexible and adaptable – from industry specific web site content to story-telling persona-driven blogs – you are comfortable writing for all marketing needs and adjusting your writing style as appropriate.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Researching content topics and audience
- Writing about topics within a variety of industries for web site content, blog content, email marketing, sales funnels and social media
- Editing content for grammar and content quality
- Scheduling and publishing live content
- Digital marketing and promotion activities
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
- Agency experience a plus
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Must be to cover a variety of different tones, styles, and topics.
- Experience with SEO
- Strong research skills
- Creativity
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Independently motivated
