Various industries have been impacted by COVID-19 and the aftermath of the past two years. While we are fortunate that our company is still successfully growing, we are noticing some changes in the website development and digital marketing industry.
There has been an influx of website updates being needed for our clients. To accommodate our clients in a timely and organized manner, all non-emergency website changes will take up to 3 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to be completed. As always, any website or email emergencies will take high priority and be addressed as quickly as possible.
Some of the vendors we work with including Google Paid Ad campaigns and various payment processors like PayPal, Authorize.net, etc. are taking longer to approve campaigns and merchant accounts. We recommend that our clients who are interested in these services start the application or approval process as soon as possible and that they be prepared to provide all necessary documentation needed.
